This two-part program focusing on navigating 2SLGBTQQIA+ diversity and inclusion in the workplace or at school. Participants will learn how to respect pronouns, the social inequalities that affect 2SLGBTQQIA+, and the barriers faced in healthcare, employment, education, and social settings. This presentation can be tailored for healthcare, education, First Nations, government, social services, economic development employees or for youth about to enter the job market. This program is certified by the CQCC (formally CGLCC).

ISC Proposals & Reporting For First Nations
This full-day workshop designed for First Nations Leadership, Finance Staff, and Program Directors will teach you the fundamentals of proposal writing and tips to stay caught up on reporting. Sample proposals and blank templates will be used from various ISC programs to provide hands on experience by allowing participants to draft their own proposal and receive feedback from a former Indigenous Services Canada employee with experience in governance and funding services. Whether you are training new staff or need a refresher, we are here to help.

Inclusive Communities Pathways for First Nations
This half-day workshop helps participants analyze issues their communities are facing with discrimination. Throughout the workshop you will brainstorm solutions to support safer, more inclusive communities by openly discussing the struggles faced by community members. Participants will create a 2SLGBTQQIA+ Needs Analysis to identify strengths and areas of improvement when it comes to supporting 2SLGBTQQIA+ community members and be provided with direct feedback and suggestions on how to improve the overall wellbeing of the community.
